Lead IT Business Change Manager | Digital Transformation & AI Adoption

Founder, Tech Biz Toolkit | Podcast Host | Microsoft Trainer

Who I am

I’m a Lead IT Business Change Manager with nearly 14 years’ experience supporting technology‑led transformation, adoption, and people‑centred change in complex, regulated environments.

Within the IT function of a large, complex transportation organisation, I lead enterprise business change, enabling new ways of working while maintaining trust, clarity, and accountability across digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Alongside my delivery role, I founded Tech Biz Toolkit as a space to share grounded, real‑world insight into Business Change, digital transformation, and responsible AI use.

Today, I lead Business Change in complex digital environments and focus on driving AI adoption through practical application.

From building AI-powered tools to launching internal communities, my work centres on helping organisations move from AI experimentation to real, measurable impact.

My Career Journey

My career path hasn’t been linear and that experience has become one of my greatest strengths.

I began my career working in the CIO’s office as a PA, deliberately choosing the role to gain first‑hand exposure to senior leadership, strategy, and technology decision‑making. That experience gave me visibility of how large technology programmes are shaped and how change is often experienced by those delivering and affected by them.

Over time, I moved into Business Change roles through hands‑on involvement in technology rollouts, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activity. What started as supporting colleagues through change became a full‑time career in leading it.

That journey gave me a perspective that still shapes how I work today: pragmatic, people‑centred, and focused on outcomes rather than theory.

What I do today

Today, I lead and support transformation activity across complex organisations. My work includes:

  • Leading Business Change activity on large‑scale technology programmes

  • Supporting adoption, engagement, and readiness

  • Working closely with senior leaders, project teams, and frontline colleagues

  • Helping teams navigate uncertainty, resistance, and change fatigue

  • Exploring how AI tools can responsibly support change delivery

I place strong emphasis on judgement, governance, and psychological safety, particularly as AI becomes more embedded in everyday work.

Whether you're managing resistance, trying to build buy-in, or just want to explore smarter ways of working, this space is for you.

My approach to Business Change and AI

I use AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support Business Change by reducing administrative effort, improving clarity, and giving teams more time to focus on people, conversations, and culture.

AI supports thinking, it does not replace professional judgement.

I’m particularly interested in where AI adds genuine value to change activity, where it introduces risk, and how change professionals can use it responsibly without eroding trust or accountability.

Everything shared on this site reflects that balance.

My mission is simple: to help more professionals lead with confidence, adopt the right tools, and deliver change that actually sticks.
