Hey, I'm Rochelle

I’m the founder of Tech Biz Toolkit, a platform dedicated to helping business change professionals and leaders confidently embrace technology to drive smarter, people-centred transformation.

My career path has been anything but linear—but that’s exactly what shaped my approach. I began as a PA to the CIO of a large logistics company—intentionally choosing the role because I wanted to immerse myself in the world of innovation and tech.

Before that, I gained a wide range of experience across sectors—from property management to private oil and gas. And although I didn’t start out in tech, I always had a strong curiosity for tools and systems that made life (and work) more efficient.

How I Fell in Love with Tech & Change

I’m a lifelong learner. I taught myself Microsoft Office, became an MCT, studied music production in the evenings, and even launched a YouTube channel teaching Logic Pro X.

But the real turning point came when I started supporting internal tech rollouts. I ran training sessions for fellow colleagues, gathered feedback, and helped overcome resistance to change. That hands-on work led to my first secondment in Business Change—and I’ve never looked back.

Today, I lead large-scale transformation programmes, coach teams, engage senior leaders, and champion digital adoption across complex organisations.

What is Tech Biz Toolkit?

Tech Biz Toolkit is my way of sharing everything I’ve learned—through experience, experimentation, and self-development—with others in the space.

It’s a platform, podcast, and resource hub for:
